1. What we collect
SalesNote stores the account, shop, receipt, invoice, and customer data required to run the app. That includes shop profile details, transaction records, analytics inputs, notification tokens, and session metadata used to secure account access.
2. Why we collect it
The data is used to generate documents, restore account state, power analytics, route notifications, and support live cashier workflows. We do not collect irrelevant data outside the sales and account management use case.
3. Sharing and disclosure
SalesNote does not sell shop or customer records. Data only leaves the product when a user intentionally shares a receipt, invoice, or other exported document through supported channels.
4. Security
We use encrypted transport, authenticated API access, and device/session management features to protect accounts. Users remain responsible for securing their devices and handling exported documents appropriately.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of entered data, the legality of issued documents, and the protection of account credentials. The product assumes users review values before sharing or finalizing records.
3. Availability and features
Features may evolve over time. Analytics, live cashier responses, and automated summaries depend on the underlying data quality and available services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service in every environment.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SalesNote is not liable for indirect losses arising from incorrect data entry, export misuse, third-party delivery issues, or business decisions made from incomplete information.
