1. What we collect

SalesNote stores the account, shop, receipt, invoice, signature, device-session, notification, and sales data required to run the app. This can include shop name, email, phone number, address, bank account details entered by the user, profile image, signatures, transaction records, and local device metadata used to secure access.

2. Why we collect it

Data is used to create accounts, identify the shop on receipts and invoices, restore sessions, show analytics, manage devices, route notifications, and support the core sales workflow.

3. Media and documents

Uploaded shop logos and signatures are stored as private media and served through controlled access URLs. Receipts and invoices are generated from the records entered by the user.

4. Sharing

SalesNote does not sell shop or customer records. Data is shared only when required to operate the service or when a user chooses to export, print, download, or share a receipt, invoice, or related document.

5. Data retention and deletion

SalesNote retains account and shop data as long as the account is active. Users can delete their account and all associated data at any time from the app Settings page. If you need help or no longer have access to your account, you can request account deletion by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
